In order for the job or order described in the quote to proceed, Pictura required this quotation to be signed, dated and returned by an authorised representative of the company by fax, email or regular mail.
Once the quotation is accepted and a job proceeds, the client agrees to Pictura Creative’s payment terms and is liable for deposits and progress payments as specified.
New clients are required to pay for goods and services before delivery is made.
New clients can then make a credit application to Pictura Creative if ongoing service will be required.

If payment is not made within 14 days and no alternative arrangements are made further services may be restricted until the outstanding invoices are paid in full.
Progress payments for larger projects
In the case of website projects or other large projects, we will specify and require a progress payment arrangement to be made.
Payment is required at milestones where approvals are required for work completed.
