How to Import an HTML Signature to Outlook 2010
By using HTML email signatures, you can add hypelinks, images as well as animations on emails. Microsoft Outlook 2010 allows multiple HTML signatures that you can assign to individual email addresses. Here is the instructions for importing an HTML Signature to Outlook 2010.
Instructions:
1. Open Windows Explorer (Right click on “Start” button and select “Open Windows Explorer”).
2. Browse to the email signature location:
a. If your operating system is Windows Vista or Windows 7: "C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures
b. If your operating system is Windows XP: "C:\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures"
Tips & Warnings
a. If you do not see the folders, you may need to unhide system protected files.

b. [Your Username] will be the username you are currently logged in as.
3. Move your HTML signature files to this folder (make sure the HTML file extension must be .htm).
4 .Open Microsoft Outlook 2010.
5. Click "File," "Options," "Mail" and then "Signatures."
6. Click the "Email Signature" tab, select the HTML signature filename and you should see your imported HTML signature under "Select signature to edit."
7. Click "OK" to confirm the changes
